About The Role

Magdalene are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the drive and ambition to succeed in a demanding and critical Operations role as the Field Resource Co-Ordinator, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. 

 

Your tasks will include:

Assisting the Field Resource Manager, you will be responsible for providing the central point of management of Field Engineer availability throughout the company. This will include liaising with project and service managers to identify and allocate suitably skilled and competent resources to completed customer works.

You will manage the Qualified Persons List (QPL), ensuring that engineer certification and skills records are maintained accurately, whilst arranging new training and certification for our engineers as required. Working with internal customers, you will ensure that all engineer skills are trackable to assist with resource allocation decision making.

Working with Project Managers, you will ensure a high level of field resource utilisation, and provide resource support to the Project and NOC teams when required for ad-hoc works.

 

What can you bring?

Competency in demonstrating a reactive work ethic and the ability to take an analytical approach, whilst staying calm under pressure within a fast-paced environment are both essential for this role. You will boast self-motivation with a genuine desire to learn and advance further into Operational Management at Magdalene.

You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be fully competent in the use of Excel, Work and Power Point.
