What will you do?

At Magdalene, we are at the forefront of the provision of vendor agnostic services, providing first line maintenance and planned preventative maintenance for datacomms equipment, street cab works and switching equipment for a number of customers across the UK. The best in class service we provide is available on a 24/7/365 basis and we are seeking an engineer to join our esteemed field force.

As a RIC Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning and fault finding a range of telecoms systems, including but not limited to; microwave, SDH/PDH transmission, UHF radio, data networking, mobile BTS and optical based solutions.

You will provide high quality customer service, responding swiftly to internal and external requests; providing guidance and supervision to all staff.

With a commitment to your duties, you will work consciously in line with the company’s Health and Safety procedures to ensure compliance and safe practices at all times.
