About The Role
** Location - St Ives, Cambs **
 
Do you boast engineer experience within a Network Operations Centre environment?  Are you the type who enjoys working to strict SLA’s?

Your tasks will include:

You will liaise directly with our valued customers reacting to live faults; provide timely updates and working with our NOC and engineering team to deliver fault resolution.  At Magdalene, we pride ourselves on our ability to prioritise fault requests, schedule planned engineering works in accordance with engineering resource and working as a team to ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times.

You will also be well versed in using Microsoft packages such as Excel for reporting information to management on SLA performance as well as reporting specified by our customers.  We offer 24/7 NOC support; working on a shift rota basis you will provide ad hoc support desk assistance to our NOC Operators.
