About the job:

At Magdalene, we are at the forefront of the provision of vendor agnostic services, providing first line maintenance and planned preventative maintenance support across the UK to some of the major telecoms operators. The best in class service we provide is available on a 24/7/365 basis and we are seeking an engineer to join our esteemed field force.

As a Field Engineer, you will be home-based, working on a weekly shift rota. You will be responsible for providing the 1st line support and troubleshooting of customer equipment including transmission equipment, mobile networks equipment, Datacomms equipment, switching equipment and PSTN/ADSL.

Candidates should be well versed with 2G, 3G, 4G technologies as well as being competent in completing site risk assessments and site visit reports.Health and safety is paramount to the success of all works carried out on behalf of Magdalene, your knowledge of basic principles will be critiqued if shortlisted to interview.
