About The Role

Magdalene are currently looking to recruit a Service Coordinator. Based in our Belfast office and reporting into our Deputy General Manager, this role will work as part of our Service Team who are responsible for delivering our customers’ requirements throughout the organisation.

This is a customer facing role and you will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, Magdalene's service performance as well as invoicing and reporting on the service. Internally you will be responsible for ensuring the requirements of our customers are managed through the correct processes and systems.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Tracking and reporting of day to day routine activities on a project as directed by the Project Manager
  • Booking access and permits with 3rd parties, local authorities, site providers and traffic management companies
  • Coordinating, planning and scheduling of specific projects and personnel
  • Providing coordination support and administrative assistance as required, including metrics, financials and tracking information
  • Supporting the production and processing of purchase orders and invoices
  • Accurately inputting data into the project tracker spreadsheet
  • Producing performance reports as directed

Skills and knowledge requirements:

  • Excellent experience of using a computer for various applications, including Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience of working in a telecommunications, utilities or engineering organisation would be advantageous
  • Having the confidence to deal with customers
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally at all times, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and able to meet deadlines as prescribed
