About The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a NRSWA Coordinator based in Scotland to to support our operations within the Telecommunication sector. 
The coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of dates against jobs that require permits and Notices raising, ensuring all key dependencies are in place.You will be required to distribute daily NRSWA reports and carry out jeopardy management tasks for all relevant orders.
You will be working within clear legislative guidelines but be able to work on your own initiative when required. You will make extensive use of IT systems including the preparation of spreadsheets, and management reports.
As a NRSWA Coordinator, your Key Duties & Responsibilities will be: 
  • Liaise with Subcontractors and delivery team to coordinate noticing with programme.
  •  Liaise with subcontractors to obtain notice updates.
  • Liaise with Openreach, Local authorities & Traffic Management suppliers to deal with enquiries.
  • Jeopardy Managing Notices to ensure compliance with NRSWA.
  • Creating and updating various spreadsheets on Excel.
  • Managing the Noticing inbox.
  • Various other Ad hoc duties.
Skills and Experience: 
  • Previous experience in a NRSWA related role
  • Current knowledge of NRSWA and Traffic Management Act regulations
  • Self-motivated & a good communicator
  • the ability to work on several projects at any one time
